Plain English Summary

Use DualWield to route audio between your ears. Don't use it for illegal stuff. We provide it "as is" without warranties. If you buy Pro, you can get a refund within 30 days if it doesn't work for you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using DualWield ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Extension.

2. What DualWield Does

DualWield is a Chrome extension that:

Routes audio from different browser tabs to your left and right ears
Provides volume controls for individual audio sources (Pro version)
Generates share images of your audio setup

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use DualWield for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to reverse engineer the Pro license system
Not redistribute or resell the Extension or licenses
Respect the intellectual property rights of audio content you route

4. Pro Version and Licensing

Free Version: Available at no cost with basic features (2 audio sources)

Pro Version: Requires a valid license purchased through Gumroad

Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases
Licenses are per-user, not per-device
Sharing licenses is not permitted

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed through Gumroad

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details. Summary: We don't collect your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DualWield is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

The Extension will meet all your requirements
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with all websites or audio sources

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DualWield.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers of DualWield from any claims arising from your use of the Extension.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of DualWield after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Pro features for violations of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
